HYBRIDS Hybrids are the most popular type of Bicycles on the road today, they combine functionality with stye and are great for getting around town, getting to work or keeping fit. They come in two basic types, fitted out with mudguards carriers and side stands or 'clean' without mudguards carriers and stands. Think about what you need it for. If you are going to be using the bike for getting to work then mudguards are a good idea. If you are going to be using it for fitness then you might prefer the clean lines of a bike not fitted with these extras, which add weight and spoil the aerodynamics a little.
